    I've returned from sunny (and WARM) Costa Rica! A very beautiful country!

    I've added a new (very brief) blog. Many things to catch-up on since getting back so blogs are likely to be a bit erratic.

    Cities For LifeEvery November 30th, more than 300 cities around the world protest against the death penalty. Their battle-cry: No Justice Without Life. The method of protest is to illuminate major landmarks in the city (such as the Colosseum in Rome). See what is in store this year. See what is in store this year.

    Shame in Canada
    Canada, a country which has been contributing to and supporting the development of a UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, recently pulled an about-face on the agreement. The current government of Canada, whose party was in power during much of the development of the agreement (under PM Mulroney), is refusing to support this agreement on mystical claims that it would violate our Constitution.
